Mental Health First Aid

We're proud to deliver internationally recognised courses from MHFA England.

Building awareness and upskilling leaders to have supportive conversations around mental health, is now strongly encouraged as a core standard in business.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses provide your people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make this a reality in your organisation.

In 2018, MHFA was among the top five workplace wellbeing practices identified as meeting the highest standards of evidence by a RAND Europe report commissioned by Public Health England.

Mental Health in the workplace matters.

The annual cost (of poor mental health) to employers is between £33billion and £42billion.

15% of people at work have symptoms of an existing mental health condition.

62% attributed their symptoms to work or said that work was a contributing factor.

76% of line managers believe they are responsible for employee wellbeing, but only 22% have received training.
